I stared at her.<\/p>\n

Patricia looked at the unopened letters.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think the answer is in there.\u201d<\/p>\n

And for the first time since the lawsuit began, the inheritance no longer felt like the mystery at the center of our family.<\/p>\n
