There can be some variation, but not usually seven weeks.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brielle stared at the screen.<\/p>\n<p>Marcy was the first person to understand what that meant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cWait.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>She looked at Preston.<\/p>\n<p>Then at Brielle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cYou two weren\u2019t together twenty-one weeks ago.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preston\u2019s face changed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cWe were talking.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brielle turned quickly toward him.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cPreston, this isn\u2019t the place.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But Randall had already taken out his phone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTwenty-one weeks ago was early February.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Colleen whispered,\u00a0<strong>\u201cPreston was in Phoenix for the trade convention almost that entire week.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brielle sat up slightly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cPregnancy dates aren\u2019t exact.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Reeves answered carefully.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThat\u2019s true. Dating is an estimate.
