After the bullying stops briefly, Lizzie\u2019s grades begin dropping under questionable circumstances. During a major school presentation, the mother attends and realizes the teacher is actually her former high school bully, Ms. Lawrence. When the teacher publicly humiliates Lizzie and gives her an unfair grade, the mother confronts her in front of parents and students, presenting evidence that Lizzie\u2019s work was graded unfairly. Other students confirm the bias, prompting the principal to suspend Ms. Lawrence and launch an investigation.
